Anchovy Bandit
Anchovy Bandit, being situated under a cinema, takes its name from an old Quentin Tarantino screenplay, ‘Captain Peach Fuzz, and The Anchovy Bandit.’ Anchovy Bandit was a passion project, a whole-in-the-wall pizza and cocktail bar, focusing on slingin’ pies and good times.
After 3 years Shane Wilson joined the team as executive chef and co-owner, transforming the once whole-in-the-wall cocktail bar into a thriving suburban eatery. The menu has evolved to offer more than just the humble pizza, but retaining the authentic Anchovy Bandit DNA, a venue inspired by tradition but not bound by it.

Nola Whisky Series
We worked with NOLA Adelaide to deliver a bespoke whisky series product to the market. We proposed a collaboration with local artists to bring each unique whisky to life in its own way.

Bowden Brewing
Bowden Brewing is Bowden’s own community focused brewery. Situated in Plant 3, Bowden boasts a 14-tap bar, pouring a constantly evolving range of brews – with super exciting flavours like… wait for it… Monte Carlo biscuits?
Never fear if you’re after a classic refreshing Draught, they’ve got that covered too. With beer tastings available, you’ll not only leave here a beer lover, but maybe also a beer nerd. Bowden Brewing’s balcony is the perfect place to sip away a lazy afternoon, and dont forget to purchase some snacks from their totally untraditional but totally tasty Mexican eats, MASA.

Bottega Bandito
Bottega Bandito is a modern delicatessen and cafe in the heart of prospect, sister venue to Anchovy Bandit. They pride ourselves on being inspired by tradition, but not bound by it. Their menu is made in-house, where you will be able to enjoy freshly baked breads, pastries, small goods, and of course fresh local coffee.

Sodii was born from the idea that the world has enough shit stuff, so they decided to make something good, that does good. Sodii is an everyday hydration salts and together, with science, they are re-writing the narrative of salt, in a bold effort to show how it can improve human health and optimise the lives of many.

Bandit Pizza and Wine
The team behind the Prospect neighbourhood venues Anchovy Bandit and Bottega Bandito are set to open a sister pizza and wine restaurant in Hyde Park. Taking everything they know and love about pizza, wine and community to a new neighbuorhood for locals to enjoy.
We worked with The Big Easy Group to deliver a Marketing Launch Strategy for their newest venue, Bandit Pizza and Wine.

Yiasou x Bottega Gelateria
Yiasou George was looking for a solution to an on the go dessert for their Fringe express menu. This was the perfect opportunity for us to increase brand exposure during this heavy foot traffic zone on Adelaides East End. We teamed up Yiasou George’s Head Chef wit the head gelato master, Adriano to create spicy flavour combinations taking inspiration from Mediterranean flavours.
Who better to team up with than the Gelato artisans themselves than Bottega Gelateria to create the perfect on the go dessert. This limited edition gelato was available at Yiasou George and in both Bottega Gelateria stores for the duration of the fringe period.
